Zinc High Pressure Die Casting

Our casting machines produce precision zinc components up to 1.5kg. We support your project with full in-house secondary processing. This includes pressing, machining, deburring, linishing, polishing, and assembly.

We also offer surface treatments like powder coating directly in-house. Our experienced team fully project-manages external requirements, including BZP coating and tooling.

We cast using both BS1104A and BS1004B zinc alloys.

Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting

We manufacture high-quality aluminium castings up to 2kg in weight. Our primary casting process connects directly to our secondary in-house services. These services include pressing, machining, deburring, linishing, polishing, assembly, heat treatment, and powder coating.

Our project managers handle all specialized processes and external tooling to meet your exact specifications.

We currently cast with LM24, LM6, and X3 alloys. We use X3 specifically for products that require a high-quality anodised finish.
