Zinc High Pressure Die Casting

Offers a range of casting machines producing castings up to 1.5 kilo in weight supported by secondary processing that includes, pressing, machining, de burring, linishing & polishing, assembly and in house surface treatments e.g powder coating.

Other required processes including surface treatments like BZP and tooling are project managed through competent  staff operating through the business environment.

Both zinc alloys BS1104A & BS1004B are used within the facility.

Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting

Machine capability of products up to 2 kg in aluminium can be manufactured and managed through the business.  This primary casting process is supported by secondary in house activities including: pressing, machining, de burring, linishing & polishing, assembly and in house surface treatments e.g heat treatment. Powder coating etc.

Process and tooling outside the present remit of the business are competently project managed in order to satisfy customer requirements.

Alloys presently used within the casting process include: LM24, LM6 and X3 (a specialist alloy used for products requiring a high quality anodised finish)
