Whiteheart Malleable Iron Castings

The Weldable Malleable with High Ductility

White cast iron where carbon is combined forming iron carbide which is then heat treated to produce a material that is either partially or entirely decarburised, resulting in a material that has malleable and ductile properties. Any remaining carbon will be present as temper carbon.

Spheroidal Graphite Iron Castings

The Steel Replacement

Spheroidal Graphite or SG Cast Iron is a ductile Iron / Carbon cast material, carbon being present as spheroidal graphite particles.

Blackheart Malleable Iron Castings

The Weldable Malleable with High Ductility

Grey Iron Castings

General Purpose Iron with No Ductility

Iron / Carbon cast material where carbon is present as flake graphite.

For use in general engineering castings. Cast iron grades can be made to customer’s specification using hardness or other tests as required.

Aluminium Alloy pressure Diecasting

General purpose pressure casting materials for a range of engineering and aesthetic applications. X3 material particularly useful for high quality anodised surface treatment.
